What’s your role in the team?

I am the Chief Financial Officer. I have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Accounting. My experience in management and education in business helps me better understand use of capital investments when promoting company growth.

Did you always wanted to be a manager?

Since I was young, I always gravitated towards business and management not knowing it would be my long-term career path. So, the answer to the question is yes. I enjoy managing, coaching, training, and supporting people so they can achieve their full potential.

I like helping people. I am always here for others and I specially enjoy overcoming challenging situations. I consider problem-solving one of my strengths.

Which project was most satisfying for you to work on?

My favorite project was changing the workforce from independent contractors to employees in 2016. We made this change to ensure employees had a future, providing them with full benefits and a retirement plan.
