How long have you been part of Autism Specialty Group?

I have been with Autism Specialty group since July 2017. I came into the company as a behavior technician but with their support I was able to become a Registered Behavioral Technician, and now a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst.

What do you like most about Autism Specialty Group’s company culture?

I admire the consistent dedication Autism Specialty Group has for its clients and employees. The respect everyone is given and the professionalism displayed in daily procedures makes me feel like a valued member of the ABA team.

Where do you find inspiration for your work?

Inspiration is all around me. I find it in my peers, clients, loved ones, education, and even from a stranger on the street. There is a lot that we can learn just by observing our environment, it just takes an open mind. The fun part is taking what I learn and finding a way to apply it to make someone's life better.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Outside of work and school, I enjoy staying active, being outdoors, and traveling. I have been to 12 different countries and counting. Above all, I love any activity that I can bring my dog!
